We are presenting a team project for a graduate level Organizational Behavior course under the instructorship of Dr. Rachel Chung, the director of Business Programs at Chatham University.

The project is a comprehensive report on evidence-based recommendations for management based on scientific research on Organizational Behavior. There are five parts of the analysis: Project Overview, Evidence Based Recommendations 1,2, & 3, and Application to Human Resource Management.

The critical thinking skills gained while assessing the validity of research studies has been helpful professionally in enabling us to make more informed decisions in the workplace based on evidence rather than half truths. Below is a short video introduction to diversity in organizations.
